Showcasing a blend of traditional Persian Gulf architecture with the demands of modern living, this expansive property in Metla’a City, Kuwait, is designed to cater to the lifestyle of a large Kuwaiti family and two smaller neighboring families. Covering an area of over 800 square meters, the residence features a central courtyard that acts as the pulsating heart of the home, beautifully managing the interaction between private and public spaces. The exterior façade creatively incorporates traditional motifs, lending a distinct identity to the structure. Conceived to align with urban regulations and the enduring qualities of traditional architecture, this home stands as a testament to preserving cultural heritage in the contemporary era
