Kouch Villa And Dairy Farm

It is illegal to build a masonry building on agricultural lands. To solve this problem, a light, prefabricated and portable unit is desired. In this project, the employer needed to build an office-Villa house and warehouse for the farm. As a result, the design team proposed expandable and portable modular prefabricated units. These units include the kitchen unit, the development unit and the bathroom unit, and offer different combinations based on different needs and areas. In this project, a building with an area of 60 square meters has been designed with a combination of 20 prefabricated units. This building placed on a warehouse with a metal and wood structure roof  and a bamboo floor. Warehouse walls are also made of straw bale for more sustainability.
