Shamsieh Monument

According to the events that took place and the story of the martyrdom of the soldiers, the combination of contrasting concepts such as freedom, ascension and love with loneliness, helplessness and death was considered as the main purpose of designing this monument. Secondary concepts were designed by taking the monument underground and creating hard surfaces, and primary concepts were created by visualizing the Garden of Eden by combining vertical gardens and a path of water next to a vertical mono. There are also canopies in the cemetery to create shaded event spaces.
